I’m going to start asking a question of the day. Even if only one person answers it…even if I’M the only one who answers it! I can’t promise to do one every single day…but I’ll do my best! I really would love more interaction with my followers. Perhaps I’ll even pick one answer and give them a spotlight on my blog.

So today’s question is:

What made you smile today?

What are you reading right now?

I am from waiting all night for Santa to come, with carrots on the table for the reindeer.
I am from camping in tents in one too many torrential downpours-enormous bonfires and beer can trees.
I am from Sunday rides with Grandma and Grandpa to no place in particular.
I am from always having my family’s support no matter what my endeavor.
I am from being the clumsiest athlete with the biggest fan-my mom.
I am from having craziest, funniest, best friends.
I am from having the time of my life in college.
I am from a meticulously planned trip to Europe with my best friend.
I am from meeting the love of my life and waiting three months for him to “man up”.
I am from waiting for what the future beholds. 

My first batch was whipped strawberry. Everyone agreed that 1 cup of the Whipped vodka was too strong. Next time I’ll scale back to 1/2 cup I think.

Next I made margarita jello shots. 
1 box lime jello prepared as directed replacing cold water with:
3/4 cup tequila
1/4 cup triple sec

These were actually great, and really tasted like a margarita!

My third experiment was with
1 box orange jello
1/2 cup vodka
1/2 cup peach Schnapps

These had great flavor!

Next up was BLUE!
1 box berry blue jello
1 cup Island Punch Pucker

I loved the color of these. 

And lastly
1 box cherry jello
1 cup gummy vodka

These, of course, tasted just like Swedish fish! 

Although I think it was a great portrayal of our 16th president…it was pretty boring!
