I definitely lost my way on my healthy eating track. I did okay yesterday then I had way too much leftover sweet and sour chicken for dinner. I’ve been too scared to even step on the scale! I packed my lunch today to bring when I work in my classroom so I won’t blow money and calories grabbing something from Stewart’s or wherever…wish me luck in getting back on track!

I’m super excited to have enough calories left today to have pizza from Pizza Hut!! Thin N Crispy…I read in my Eat This, Not That that switching to thin pizza save sooo many calories. I can have pizza and not feel like I’m failing!! :-)
Okay I lied...
I said I wasn’t going to say oh it’s my birthday and indulge. Instead I said oh it’s my birthday WEEKEND and indulged. Darn! Back on track today… I discovered Nutella…it is amazing! Not necessarily a healthy food, but it fulfilled my sweet tooth.

I don’t feel any older…thankfully! In fact, I think I feel younger! Taking better care of myself makes me feel really good about myself. I know it’s only been a week and I have a longggg road ahead (life), but there is nothing wrong with a self-esteem boost! It would be very easy to say oh it’s my birthday, I can indulge…but if I do that today I’ll say oh...
Today has been a successful day. I didn’t go over my calorie limit and I don’t feel completely starving (only a little bit). This is going to be a real challenge, I can tell already. But this time, for whatever reason, I’m up for the challenge!
Found this recipe....
All you do is take a package of devils food cake mix and mix it with 15 ounces of canned pumpkin. It’s a really thick mixture, but don’t add any liquids! Put in a lined muffin pan (or greased). Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Delicious!!
