Made some unwise choices today...
Everything was going great until my husband brought some leftover potato salad from his parents’. I LOVE POTATO SALAD! It’s probably a strange thing to be in love with, but I can’t help it. It is so incredibly bad for you though. I had 3/4 cup and that was 12 points! I ended up using all of my daily points and ended up at -2 with my weeklies. Crap! I won’t let this set back...

Day 05. A random funny story.
My freshman year of college I went out with my friend Amber to the rugby house, which was a pretty great party house. It was a pretty crazy night, and on the way home I tripped and fell in someone’s yard. I had a very difficult time getting back up and actually bent my glasses pretty badly. I remember telling Amber how mad my mom and dad were going to be at me. Oh the memories…

The day my grandma died was by far the most heartbroken I have ever been. I don’t really want to go into details because it’s too hard to think about, but I got to say good-bye to her and be with her as she left the world and tell her I love her.

Day 03. Worst injury you got, and how you got it.
It was the first day of spring when I was six. I don’t know how I remember that. I also remember that I was supposed to go ice skating for the first time. Day 02.
Who has made the biggest impact in your life, and why?
There are many people who have had an impact in my life. I am going to say my mom has had the biggest impact. She has taught me how to be a good person and how to put others before yourself. If I can be even half as good of a mother as she has been to me I’ll be doing just fine.

Sore.
I am so sore. Painting a new house is a greater workout than anything else. I worked my arms and my legs. I did so many squats it’s not even funny. I painted for at least 2 hours. That counted as 10 activity points. I’m sure I actually did much more than that. I’ll be back at it today…probably much more slowly though because I am in pain.

Lots of cravings today that I didn't give into for...
Breakfast: blueberry pancake with bacon (15 points)
Lunch: dulce de leche cheerios with skim milk and a banana (5 points)
Dinner: broccoli mac and cheese (13 points)
Snacks: unsweetened applesauce, 2 laughing cow wedges, 10 reduced fat wheat thins, 1 chocolate mug cake (12 points)

I just completed day 1 of the Level 2 exercise plan. I wanted to give up after 10 minutes but I pushed myself to go that last 5 minutes AND remembered my 2 pound (total) walking weights. I pretty much hate running, so I am pretty impressed with myself for jogging in place for 15 minutes without stopping! :-D

Meowzas! Today is one of those days where I feel like eating everything in sight. I know I will only feel guilty after so I am trying so hard to resist. The fact that I’ve resisted this long without eating some crap food is saying something about how I’ve changed! I just made myself a cup of decaf coffee with a packet of Splenda and a splash of creamer. I’m hoping that will fill...

I once again used all of my daily points and 2 of my weekly points.
Breakfast: (4 points) bowl of cereal with skim milk and a banana decaf coffee with Splenda and a splash of skim milk
Lunch: (14 points) 1 can of light chicken noodle soup bagel thin with 1 tbsp cream cheese and 1 tbsp nutella WW ice cream sandwich
Dinner: (19 points) 1/2 BBQ chicken breast baked potato with 1 tbsp...

Our loan has been cleared so we should be able to close on our house any day now!! It’s been a VERY long wait…it’ll be great to finally move in!

I wandered around our tiny mall today. I went to JC Penny and tried on pants that are in a size lower than my size. I could get them up but they wouldn’t quite zip. I think that’s great considering I was getting close to going up to the next size before starting Weight Watchers!
