Hi, I'm Sara. Welcome to a part of my world... I'm 24 years old and I was recently married. We're working on buying a house! I live in Upstate NY. I'm about 30 minutes from the Canadian border and 2.5 hours from Burlington, VT. Oh and I'm a teacher...which I love to do! Although I spent a few years posting things about my personal life, I recently started dedicating it mostly to my weight loss progress. It's a hard road but tumblr helps keep me motivated. I hope that I can help motivate others as well!

    First full day of Weight Watchers…I made my lunch ahead of time to figure out the points…I haven’t quite figured out how to spread them out across the day. 

    So far I’ve had:

    8 oz orange juice (breakfast)
    Lunch:
    ham and cheese sandwich on white bread with mustard
    string cheese
    Special K snack bar

    Afternoon Snack:
    carrot sticks
    grapes
    light banana yogurt
    10 almonds

    Snack When I got home (I eat a lot of snacks I guess):
    2 dark chocolate Dove hearts (1 point)

    Am I doing okay so far??
