I am so bad at exercising. I hate doing it and I have almost zero motivation to do it. BUT I’m going to really try to do it. I dragged my husband out with me today. We have a mile marked off on the road. Today I mostly walked but jogged a little and did the mile in 20 minutes!! I think that’s pretty darn good since I have had pretty much no physical activity that got my heart going in a long time (not counting kickboxing on our field trip). We’re going to go out 3 days a week and try to get a better time each time. I’d also like to add in more jogging and eventually be able to jog the whole thing. We’ll see how it goes.
