The hardest part for me has been giving up that voice in my head that says you can’t do this, you might as well give up. It’s probably because I have given up so many times before. For whatever reason, this time I haven’t! I think Weight Watchers is the magic answer for me. I’ve stuck with it since January, which is longer than any other thing I have tried. Go me! Now I just need to keep up this motivation.
