I ate like crap this whole long weekend. From burgers to Doritos to too many beers to ice cream…I have such little willpower on weekends. This was a long weekend to boot. Today I had not one but TWO PB&J sandwiches for lunch with Doritos. Why oh why do I do these things to myself? I know when I’m doing it that I’m going to regret it, then I do, yet I still do it. I did get my mile run in yesterday and Friday, so that is a plus. I hope I keep up my motivation to run!
