On today’s episode of C25K, I craved a banana the whole time. Really? What’s up with that? Conveniently, I always have bananas at home. My husband and I started Week 2 of C25K today. That’s run 90 seconds/walk 2 minutes. I did some stretches before hand, and that seemed to help somewhat. There was still a lot of tightness in my calves, but it didn’t begin until farther into the run this time.

I just ran my mile in 10:35. Yes yes yes!! My goal today was to run the entire mile, but I did end up walking for about 1/10th of it. I already reached my goal of getting under 11 minutes. Once I am able to run the entire mile without stopping (maybe next time) I’m going to bump it up to either 1.25 or 1.5 miles. Any thoughts on this?
